SportsAdultz is a fun, all-inclusive sports programme for all men and women, who are looking to stay fit, socialise and have a good laugh. Our program avoids the over-training and over-competitive components of sports specialisation by introducing adults to a number of different types of sports, various exercise movements and fun team-building activities. SportsAdultz also encourages and develops adults of all abilities in a wide variety of sporting activities. The sports include Basketball, Handball, Football, Volleyball, Netball, Hockey, Cricket and Rugby. We ensure that adults can develop at their own pace in a non-competitive, fun environment which shows them that healthy living is fun.
